It is legally required external audit being conducted annually to meet a specific set of requirements by the government and to determine whether the company is providing a true and fair view on its financial statements. It relies on the internal audit reports, verification of financial information, documents and related stock validations. Scope and nature of audit program are subject to the specifications of the governmental body and financial institutions.
Financial Due Diligence
Financial Due diligence is a finding of a potential investment, proposed acquisition or product to confirm all facts, such as reviewing all financial records, plus anything else deemed material. It refers to the care a reasonable person should take before entering into an agreement or a financial transaction with another party.
Special Audit
A special audit is a limited-scope examination of financial records and other information designed to investigate allegations of fraud, theft or misappropriation of funds – or to quantify the extent of such losses.
Assurance Services
It includes review of any kind of financial document or transaction, such as a loan, contract or financial website.
